I’m a Coaching Psychology practitioner with 25 years commercial experience and a Masters in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney. I work with leaders, teams and organisations to drive change and facilitate personal & professional ‘success’.
As a Leadership Coach, my style is strategic, dynamic & pragmatic, helping leaders to define outcomes, analyse drivers and explore challenges in order to generate future focused, sustainable & practical solutions.
My background is in business; Banking, Retail & Community Services.
I’ve been Coaching leaders since 2011 however I started my career in Marketing & Communications then transitioned 15 years ago into People & Culture; focusing on Change, Learning & Leadership Development.
As a leader, I’ve been responsible for people, projects & profitability, so I know how to leverage the psychology of motivation, habits & performance to drive action and productivity while enhancing wellbeing.
